Qualifications
- Must have a Competent A Certificate
- Valid Driver’s license
- Matric
Experience & Job Specification
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in the drilling and blasting environment.
- Be able to mark out drill patterns with relevant burden and spacings.
- Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of workers who drill for blasting.
- Have good communication skills amongst workers and clients.
- Be able to coach, resolve issues and serve as link between sub-ordinates and upper management.
- Understand and plan daily drill and blast functions.
