- Prep custoemr packs
- Welcome customer
- Expedite outstanding orders
- Contact customers in advance for upcoming services and load tests
- Send out communication to customers
- Handle customer queries
- Learn company products
- Maintain effective communication
- Additional duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Matric
- Internal Sales / Customer Service experience
- Strong Administration and communication skills required
