Receptionist cum Cashier [United Arab Emirates]


 

We are immediately hiring Receptionist cum Sales Consultant

  • Work the front desk area management, Greet all the clients in a pleasant manner
  • Maintained a record of all guests and members coming to the gym.
  • Assisted the Duty Manager in maintaining the gym.
  • Administered the payments made by the members.
  • Greeted all clients in a friendly manner giving a helpful ear if necessary. Resolved all customer complaints.
  • Maintained a tidy reception area and check cleanliness of all gym equipment
  • Ensured front desk was well attended at all times
  • Handle Freelance trainers’ and collect their IDs, certificate documents and explain about the freelance agreements and terms & conditions while they are joined in the gym, and maintain their client data on the system. On the basis of clients give access to the gym.
  • Handle group classes and maintain the data properly to the system.
  • Scheduling appointments with clients to start new membership or follow up on past memberships
  • Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility’s services
  • Processing membership applications and fees, collecting ID information, and issuing memberships
  • Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
  • Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
  • Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
  • Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
  • Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
  • Making announcements over the public address system about events taking place at the gym or facility or about facility policies
  • Process guest passes and successfully convert the first-time visitors to full-time members.
  • Actively listen to members to properly handle requests and introduce them to the appropriate staff member to meet their concerns.
  • Greet members and guests with a smile and always provide best customer service to them.
  • Supply members with towels and additional supplies.
  • Promote and sell gym-related merchandise, including towels, clothes, and portable equipment.
  • Promote add-on services, including monthly memberships, personal training

Requirements:

  • Fluently Speak English
  • Min 1 Year Experience
  • Communication Skill & Convincing Skill

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
