Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. - Lead on A1-related matters for livestream, which includes the following:
- Managing enablers in arranging sellers streams for them (this includes acting as the intermediary between enabler and sellers - coordinating SKUs transfer, ensuring streams are executed, etc.).
- Responsible for leading end-to-end efforts for Shopee Live's Staple & Engagement Shows to drive A1 into Shopee Live.
- Responsible for managing all livestream-related talents, including livestream hosts and celebrities.
- Other: Managing brands' and sellers' streams acquired via MS packages (YLCBP, SBD, etc), and bring in sales into Shopee Live via MS packages and manage Shopee Live P&L.
- Role requires experience in working within a team as well as across teams.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on business performance metrics, and for identifying gaps and opportunities.
- Responsible for data gathering, analysis and reporting for shows produced, results and communications.
- Strong project management skills and ability to be creative operationally and strategically.
- Coordinate with other marketing team to develop opportunity of resource integration.
- Liaise with external partners to foster adoption of livestream featuring KOLs.
- Maintain and manage project timelines, expectations, tasks, and resources.
- Understand and able to execute operational matters.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Experience in live streaming field or familiarity with KOL management is a strong requirement.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, with at least 3 years of working experience
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good command in written, analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communicator (written/verbal/presentation) with ability to build rapport, negotiate and coordinate independently with stakeholders.
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Structured, able to plan end-to-end execution of initiatives, and see through implementation of the initiative.
