What you’ll do:
- Lead and directly manage 5 sales reps in the Events sector’s sales force
- Travel approximately 50% + throughout the Middle East
- Responsible for instituting and enforcing sales process, tracking market and customer trends, and achieving revenue targets for the area
- Providing Go-to-Market sales strategies
- Support/drive key customer and product initiatives as developed within the business strategy.
- Leading Sales Representatives in developing customer partnerships and senior management relationships
- Partnership with other areas of the Company business (Sales, Operations, Fleet, Logistics)
- You’ll have general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience:
- 3-5 years of Sales management experience
- Expertise in setting, measuring and tracking sales performance
- Experience in Strategy and Maintain market awareness
- 3-5 years of Events industry
- Previous sales experience
- Successfully maintain large & remote sales team across the Middle East.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED300,000.00 - AED360,000.00 per year
